Important: All Home Remodeling and Landscape projects must be approved by both Isle Verde and the Pelican Bay Foundation.

Remodeling your Home:

2. Isle Verde’s requirements and required forms are as follows:

• Isle Verde ARB Package for Minor Exterior Projects
• Isle Verde ARB Package for Major Exterior Projects

3. At the conclusion of your project: you may want to confirm that all permits have been closed via Collier County Link: https://cvportal.colliercountyfl.gov/CityViewWeb/Property/Locate The site will ask to confirm you are real, then enter property address. Scroll down to view construction and mechanical permits and their status.
